We are currently in our off-season office hours until April 1, 2026. Calling or emailing is the best way to reach us, as we have limited office hours.
Speed Limit
The speed limit through the resort and campground is 5 mph. This is for the safety of all our guests and neighbors. Driving is limited to designated roads; please do not drive through other sites, the ball field, or the playground area.
Golf Carts & Vehicles
Golf carts, bicycles, scooters, e-bikes, hoverboards, Segways, and electric skateboards are allowed during daylight hours. For safety purposes, everything except golf carts must be walked across Martin Church Road.
Pool Rules
Pool hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. All children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult while at the pool. Pool toys and rafts are acceptable for children only.
Water Disposal Regulations
PA Health Department regulations state that sink, shower, and toilet water cannot be drained onto the ground or collected in open containers. There is a fine of up to $2,000 per offense and the possibility of imprisonment. We will charge you a $300 fine per occurrence.
Lighting restrictions
Lights must be turned off when retiring for the night unless your site is metered.
Noise Complaints
Repeated noise complaints may result in you being asked to leave the grounds without a refund.
Fishing
Fishing is permitted on the grounds. Fishing in the creek requires a license. Fishing in the lake does not require a license, but it is catch-and-release only.
Quiet Time
Quiet time is between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. Teenagers and children must be at their designated site during this time, and the playground is also closed.
Pet Policy
You are allowed to have up to 2 pets per site. They must be leashed or contained at your site and may not be left unattended. You must clean up after your pet immediately and place waste in the trash. There is a fee for pets at the cabins.
Fireworks & Firearms
We have a zero-tolerance policy for fireworks, sparklers, or discharging firearms.
Campfires
Campfires may only be burned in a supplied fire ring or fire pit. Please do not create new burn spots at your site. Do not leave your campfire unattended; your fire must be extinguished if you leave your site or retire for the night.
Guest policy
Guests are allowed, but they must register at the main office and provide us with your site number. A fee of $10 per 24-hour period must be paid. Should a guest stay beyond 24 hours, another fee will be applied. No more than 8 people per site.
End-of-Stay Cleanup
At the end of your stay, please clean up your site and make sure all trash is taken to the dumpsters at the end of the parking lot.
Smoking
No smoking is permitted inside the cabins, tiny homes, or camp buildings. A minimum $300 cleaning fee will be charged if you are found to be smoking in the buildings.
Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted at Red Run Resort.
